How to Block a Specific Number?
I have been harassed through texts by 0926-5164574 for months now. I do not know who’s number is that, I have no idea who he/she is, and I do not want to waste a single piso just to ask who he/she is.
I have brought this issue to the Police and to Mr. Sumbungan ng Bayan but none of them gave the assistance I need.
I’m using my number for years now, it is both my personal and work number and I find it hard to give up my number for the reason I am being stalked/harassed.
I asked Globe Customer Service if there’s a way to trace who’s the owner of the number. Unfortunately, it is a prepaid subscriber, thus they do not have any means of tracing the number. The only thing they can do is to send a warning message regarding the complaint. They referred me to NTC instead if this still happens.
And yes, my hater doesn’t want to stop. I immediately notified NTC about this and wow, finally, it is possible to totally stop receiving texts from this number by blocking it from calling and texting me.
